Fabrication Services include:

• Onsite wheelabration and priming
• CNC burning and pressing and cutting
• Plate bending (40' length capabilities)

Our CNC Operators use a Nitrogen & Oxygen, CNC Computerized Plasma Machine to cut specific pieces for the barge according to sizes of the print. This machine can cut up to 1” thick steel “very fast”!

Our  750 Ton Tandem Press (DNC 80 Pacific) that will bend up to 41 foot long plates—up to 3/4 inch thick. We can run either side independently or both at the same time (in tandem).  The material is bent with this press to template from the bend sketches and must be bent within an 1/8” tolerance.  Our press can handle up to 2” thick steel and we can bend in a wide radius range with our dies.
